Please note that if you have
group foo {
    family inet any;
    neighbor 1.2.3.4 {
	family inet unicast { xyz; }
    }
}

This means that neighbor 1.2.3.4 does not have inet multicast enabled,
just unicast.

I don't know if this was the case, but it is often not a well
understood detail.
