[j-nsp] discard route resolveability in BGP path selection?

Yes. Althought there is some magic to mark it has the lowest metric of
all.

I don't think there is any ambiguity... any route should be usable for
resolution purposes, by default.

What is the point of having a default discard route ? Why don't you
just remove it.
