[j-nsp] How to make erx box automatically stop redirecting web traffic to caching server ?

Hi all,
 
I have one cache server running together with erx, because erx doesn't understand wccp so it still keeps redirecting web traffic to cache server even if something is wrong with cache process.
 
Is there any solution/workaround for this ?
