Hi All,

Running JunOS 5.1R3 has anyone ever encountered instance(s) of sonet interfaces reporting
(actual traffic is much lower) outrageously high in/output rates than are theoretically
possible?

e.g.
> show interfaces so-0/0/1
Link-level type: PPP, MTU: 4474, Clocking: Internal, SONET mode, Speed: OC3
................
  Link flags : Keepalives
  Input rate : 234365726403 bps (46838429 pps)
  Output rate : 456372956322 bps (32870132 pps)

I was not able to find a PR related to this on Juniper.net

Thanks!
-Kashif
