The syntax is:

lab at SanJose> request chassis pic ?                    
Possible completions:
  fpc-slot             Slot number of FPC that houses PIC (0..3)
  offline              Take PIC offline
  online               Bring PIC online
  pic-slot             PIC slot number (0..3)
lab at SanJose> request chassis pic fpc-slot 0 pic-slot 0 ?
Possible completions:
  offline              Take PIC offline
  online               Bring PIC online
