[j-nsp] Advertising MPLS LSPs into IGP

Thanks Kisito. 
With this configuration I do see that the isis database includes the lsp
in the extended ISIS neighbor TLV but the isis adjacency stays in
one-way state. I do have LSPs with opposite ingress/egress points on
both sides.
Any idea how the adjacency would proceed to full/up?
