I think what you are looking for is the "qualified next-hop" knob.

routing-options {
     static {
         route a.a.a.0/24 {
             qualified-next-hop x.x.x.x {
                 metric 100;
             }
             qualified-next-hop y.y.y.y {
                 metric 200;
             }
             qualified-next-hop z.z.z.z {
                 metric 300;
             }
         }

Hope this helps.
