[j-nsp] What type of memory is used in Juniper routers

Note that memory type varies by RE model. For example, the RE4 that ships
with the M320 (AKA RE-1600), uses ECC DDR SDRAM (PCI-1600).

You should check with your sales rep to get memory details based on the RE
that you plan to upgrade.
