      the FPC slot is going through it's states and there was a
      removal which was not finished and all the sudden it gets
      request to a propped state which is needed when a new FPC is
      trying to get online. I bet something was not don't correctly
      and the chassisd log would provide us more details and all
      the sequence what had been done and if the off-line bottom
      has been pressed correctly or not ...
