[j-nsp] Configuring SDH on a SONET interface

It should be noted that this is a per-PIC choice, so if you
have a 4xOC3 pic (for example) you can only terminate sdh links or sonet
links on it, not a mixture.
Keep this in mind when considering your sparing,
emergency backup procedures, etc.. for a device.
