[j-nsp] VPLS questions

I am looking at the BGP-VPLS draft and comparing how JunOS implements
it. JunOS has support for five different encaps types. Does anyone know
how 'qualified' and 'unqualified' learning maps to those ?
Also just curious as to what happens if I create two VPLS routing
instances - one on each PE - with matching RT values. Say one PE has
a 'customer' coming in with 'ethernet-vpls' encaps and the other with
'vlan-vpls' encaps. What happens now ?
