Very possible. These are very common types of policies done via filtering

Subject: [j-nsp] Policy routing on Juniper?

If I wanted to have different 'classes' of transit customers and multiple
transit providers and each class of customer were differentiated by which
transit feed they were allowed to use. Is this possible?

Thanks,

Joe
