The same way you do any policy routing with Juniper, filter based
forwarding. Match protocol icmp in a firewall, and "then routing-instance"
it somewhere else. There are plenty of FBF examples online, convoluted
though they are for folks getting started who don't know how to use
rib-groups and such. :)
