[j-nsp] SDH interface strangeness.

Hi All,

I have an M7i with a 4xSTM-1/OC3 SMIR PIC that I am having a little bit
of difficulty with: When I push the SC connector home (with a click) the
interface goes down, if I leave it pulled out a tiny bit it works fine.
I have exactly the same setup at another site and all is well.  The
router is connected to a Stratex SDH radio interface if that makes any
difference.  This sounds to me as if I need to put some attenuation on
this connection (it's the TX from the Radio).  Is this a common problem?
