[j-nsp] Problem Report search broken

Hi,

JunOS problem report search appears to be broken: keyword search 
brings up nothing except "No problem reports retrieved" no matter what 
is queried.  Checking PRs directly still works, though.

I guess the database text search capabilities (or whatever) have 
borked.  Anyone know more of this?
