The good news is that you can't have more than 4096.

Kidding aside,

Juniper has a perl interface to this thing they call junoscript.

It takes the cli and wraps xml tags around all the stuff you can type in
and get back from typing stuff in.

This makes it theoretically easy to create some scripty thing that does
the config for you, or at least lets you automate some significant part
of the work.

Has anybody else used junoscript for configs?

Hi,

I need thousands of ethernet vlan l2 vpn connection that terminate at a
same pair of PE & at a same pair of physical ethernet port.

CE1----(FE link, 802.1q)----PE1------------P---------------PE2-----(FE
link, 802.1q)------CE2

It makes a very long config on both PEs.

So any way to shorten the config on M box in this case ?
