it says 'Link-Layer-Down' and you send Keepalives but don't receive
anything. I would say you need to troubleshoot ppp and tcpdump what is
going on there. LCP and NCP Layer is in Opened stat.
Once this is working the Flag 'Dest-route-down' will go away.
