[j-nsp] LDP issue between Cisco 7304 and M10

It sounds like your problem is messages/state machine/signaling rather
than mtu doesn't it?

In a lab, I have a cisco 7200 and 7609 both running recent ios versions
12.0(31)S and 12.2(18)sxd?) working fine with my juniper m10s running
6.2R3.1 and running mpls,ldp,is-is, and rsvp.

The 3750 is pretty new and an entirely different platform than either of
those.

Can you move to a newer software version on the 3750?

I remember some caveat with the built in FE ports on the M10 regarding
MPLS. I'm not using them to make my PE to P connection.

HTH
