[j-nsp] Fragmentation and Class of Service

Dear Sr.

If I have a J2300 router with JUNOS 6.3, connected to a Frame-Relay
Network, how is possible to me to configure:

- Frame-Relay Fragmentation

- Strict Priority Output Queues configured for the FRAME RELAY PVC
LOGIGAL UNIT - one for voip traffic (UDP range 15000 to 30000) and other
for voip singaling (TCP 1720) with a 3rd queue configured to best effort
traffic

- Traffic Shapping for Frame-Relay with CIR, BE and BC configurations.
