[j-nsp] Copy Files to TFTP Server

Hi All,
 
I need to copy some of the Configuration files present in Juniper M40e Router to some FTP Server. Can somebody help me in giving the command for this ?
 
I have tried the below options and it is not working.
 
run file copy <File Name> ftp://10.3.1.38
 
Here 10.3.1.38 is the FTP Server IP
