Here is my router interface config. I havent verified MTU setting.
Link is clean, I used OCE-3, STM-1 and the link have been tested using
agilent.

Dear,

Please elaborate a bit more... How are the interfaces configured between 
the routers? Can you provide a show interface and a copy of the OSPF 
config you are using. Have you verified MTU settings and is the link 
running clean?
