You probably have a cisco-cisco LSP, traversing a Juniper M.
Cisco for some reason uses protocol and port 0 (at least on 12.2(18)S).
Do a "show ip rsvp sender" on the Cisco , and you will probably see Pro
and DPort 0 - which is the cause of the log entry. Annoying yes, but
should not have any impact other than excessive logging on the Juniper.
