[j-nsp] directly connected networks issue

Hello There,

After upgrading to 7.1R1.3,  we've noticed that many (not the all)
networks terminated directly on juniper's interface cannot access each
other, but any 'remote' networks have no problem. There is no routing
policy/filter/etc;

I'll certainly bring more details about this case, but we're still
working on it; Hope someone have had this kind of problem in the past,
so asking;
