Internet2 has IPv6 training that's pretty good. They've got both
Juniper and Cisco equipment for the labs and the content is pretty generic.

Doesn't look like they've got any training scheduled, but if your
University is an Abilene member (and it looks like you are), and you can
drum up enough interest, you can get them out to give a class. We had
them give a training session in Boulder that was tailored to our needs
because we had enough NOAA people who were interested. Might be worth
it to canvas your GigaPoP members to see if more people are interested
in a training class.
