You're using "Internet Mail Service" as e-mail client, which doesn't
supply RFC2822-mandated In-Reply-To: and References: headers.  Changing
mail clients is definitely advisable.

Mailman's recent tendency to rewrite Subject: lines hinders Mutt's
ability to thread in the absence of such headers as well...
