[j-nsp] Resetting IP TTL to 255 on MPLS label pop?

Anyone ever seen a Juniper spontaneously decide that it will start 
resetting the IP TTL of all packets coming out of an LSP terminating on 
that router to 255? I have one doing it right now, consistantly, and as 
cute as the one hop network is... :)
