[j-nsp] load balancing over LSP

I have a  PDH network with multiple E3 links between two routers.. I want to 
assign equal cost to all E3 links and load balance traffic over them. I plan 
to use CSPF based LSPs to assign equal cost to all E3 links
How many LSPs can I build to load balance BGP traffic over them? 4,8,16?
