Depending on which L3 switch/IOS we're talking about, it's probably because
the system mtu is defaulting to 1518 on the Cisco side. Change ip mtu on
the Cisco interface to 1500 and life should be good.

Subject: [j-nsp] How to debug if the state of OSPF neighbor is ExStart onM20
Hello all
Could someone tell me what shoud I do if the state of OSPF neighbor is
ExStart on M20 ? The neighbor is Cisco L3 switch. Is it related to MTU size
of the interface ? If it is, to what value should I modify ?
Thanks fo your support !!
