[j-nsp] ATM L2VPN connection help

I am setting up a L2VPN connection between logical routers.

Both PE to CE faced physical interfaces are encapsulated in 'encapsulation 
atm-ccc-cell-relay',
logical interfaces are encapsulated in 'atm-ccc-cell-relay', routing 
instances 'protocol l2vpn   encapsulation-type atm-aal5'.

IBGP between both PEs is up, bgp.l2vpn.0 routing table had contain the 
remote site information. 

While in 'show l2vpn connection' there is error message 'intf encaps != 
instance encaps'.  

Is there any suggestions?
