[j-nsp] Timezone

Hello All!

I`m newbie with Juniper. As it is possible to establish non-standard
timezone,
for example GMT+5? In the list timezone is timezone for our district, but in
Kazakhstan since March, 15th, 2005 transition to summertime is excellent.
For mine Unix servers I have modified the timezone, in Juniper to me it
would not be desirable to make replacement of files Junos.
