[j-nsp] aggregate sonet on logical router

Oh, seems this is the cause of interface down!
I've add a configuration like this:
aggregated-sonet-options {
link-speed oc3;
}
and now interface as0, as1 is up. Subinterface is up too.
What is the usage of link-speed configuration? Is 'aggregate sonet'
protocol require this setting?
