[j-nsp] software upgrade...

hi to everybody,

i have two m7i box working redundant. I've upgraded my junos from
7.1Rx.y to 7.4R1.7. After that one of my box (R2) has started and
everything is OK. But the second (R1), now can not get bgp announces
from my service provider. Is there any bug in this new release. Does
anybody have same experiences ?
