[j-nsp] High FPC CPU usage on M7i

Hi,

i've found out that our M7i has FPC CPU usages up to 25%.

The interesting thing is that there's not even sampling running on the 
box so i really wonder why it uses so much CPU on both(!) FPCs at the 
same time.

Currently there's only about 200Mbit/s with 25kpps running thru it.

On our M5's we only have 1% FPC CPU load with much more traffic and pps.

Anyone knows how i can find out what is using the FPC CPU?
