Hi,

    According to Juniper's L2VPN ccc, seems like L2 packets tranmitted 
through MPLS networks transparently.While in 
'draft-kompella-ppvpn-l2vpn-02.txt', it also states in 4.2.that 'PE0 will 
inform PE1 about the status of its local circuit to CE1 via the circuit 
status vector TLV defined in section 7'. Is this means the Layer 2 packets 
(in my case it is PPP-ccc) like LCP is still negotiate locally (On PE-CE 
interfaces)?
