[j-nsp] BGP error messages

All there is to see in the errors you sent is that the sonet interface 
went down, and by the looks of it I'd say because of external problems 
(clocking/synch comes to mind) but without more info that's pure 
speculation. Where there any SONET alarms prior to the 
SNMP_TRAP_LINK_DOWN message...? AIS, LOS, RDI....?
