Hi Laura,

looks like the other end is not receiving your keepalives on this link as it's not reflecting the sequence number you sent. As you receive packets, it seems to be an issue from this node to the other.

ISIS dropping is probably a result of the inteface down or due to the same problem of only one-way communication.
