These days Juniper only sells the SFP version, P-1GE-SFP. Only LX or LH 
will run over 5km (assuming you have SMF, if you have MMF you are SOL), 
and LH would require attenuation. All of these are viable, as is spending 
$100 and getting yourself a nice SX to LX media converter.
