[j-nsp] Memory compatibility between M5/M7i REs

I have two old REs sitting in M5 chasses, an RE-3.0 with 512MB memory
and an RE-2.0 with 768MB memory. I'm planning on replacing these with
M7is with RE-5.0s in them.

Are the memory modules between these REs compatible? Can I simply lift
the memory from the 2/3 model and slot it into the RE-5.0?
