Does M160 packet-scheduling require FPC-E? It says nothing about that
anywhere in the docs, but today I noticed:

router# set chassis packet?
Possible completions:
  packet-scheduling Enable DX2.0 packet scheduling

% vty fpc0 <-- Classic FPC2, non-E

FPC160 platform (PPC 603e processor, 32MB memory, 512KB flash)

FPC0(router vty)# show dxo info
DXO version : 1.X
Single SFM Mode : Disabled
