[j-nsp] M320 mounting kit

We just ordered an M320 for our data center, and realized after
looking at the install specs that the mounting kit is designed for a
19 inch rack.  Our center has 23 inch racks, so we'll need something
to close the gap.

Quick search through Juniper's web site doesn't seem to indicate any
Juniper-brand 23 inch rack mount ears or hardware.  Anyone have a link
or vendor recommendation for something they've used to put an M320
into a 23 inch telco rack?
