	Any idea where to move the traffic and how packet is forwarded without SIBs during this restart time.

The SIBs are re-started to verify the router is talking to them
correctly, but this is done gracefully - i.e. each SIB is restarted in
turn, and traffic seems to be moved away from them before restarting -
on testing there is no packet loss following a GRES event on an M320.
