[j-nsp] issue with internal flash upgrade kit on M7i

Bernd,

do a "start shell user root"
and check these sysctl variables:

machdep.bootdevs
(probably: pcmcia-flash,compact-flash,disk,lan)
machdep.nextbootdev
(probably: pcmcia-flash)
