In case of different PEs advertising unique origin community allows to differentiate l2vpn NLRI received by PEs and install desired LSP.

In case of  multiple site-ids in an l2vpn you need a policy to differntiate on Local Customer Edge ID (site-identifier) field in l2vpn NRLI, which IMHO is not possible.
A future implementation might be borrowed from l2circuits community feature ( see below).

Another solution is to use martini  PWs where it is possible to configure community for circuit-ids:
