[j-nsp] JUNOS syslog message explanation on LDP

Hi  Folks  - draft-jork for IGP/LDP sync will be officially introduced
in JUNOS 7.5 using the ldp-synchronization statement.

It  is  in  7.4  ..  but officially not supported - and hence a hidden
command.
