     it  can  not  be a line issue as TX BGAP CRC Error means once the
     FPGA  on  the  PIC  receives  the  data  from the FPC pic-slot it
     performs  a  crc  check before forwarding on to the MAC which was
     failing..  So  the  problem  is either inside the PIC or the path
     (pic-slot) towards the pic.
