[j-nsp] l2circuit failure notification (martini)

Hi all,
i have a problem about l2circuits and failure
notification between CEs.
The topology is like CE-PE-..-PE-CE and the CE-PE
links are ATM.
For ccc i use atm-ccc-vc-mux encapsulation and the
l2circuit works fine.
The problem is when the ldp session goes down between
PEs.
Is there a failure notification mechanism between CEs.
When a problem is happened in providers backbone how
will the CE router 
be aware of the problem. Is there a way for PEs to
generate OAM cells to tell
the CE that there is a problem with the MPLS side of
the l2circuit.

My PEs are M10i and run junos 7.3R2.9
