[j-nsp] Juniper E3 Versis Cisco

Hi,

 

We have a problem with E3 interface, link works fine for 2 or 3 days and than suddenly line protocol goes down if we unplug the cable and plug it again after say an hour. Physical media has no problem as loop back result is OK, Can some one please suggest where could be the problem, following is the config for both routers Cisco and juniper,
