[j-nsp] G/E, 1000 BASE-LX on both sides shows up but not pingable

Hi,

I am observing strange problem. G/E, 1000 BASE-LX is the hardware on 2 M320
routers which are 165 kms apart. Both sides shows up/up. But I cant ping
each other.
If anybody solved this kind of problem please advise.
