Ihsan,
You may wish to contact Your provider P to explicitly configure non-matching
domain-ids on P1 and P2 (if P1 and P2 are Juniper routers) in order to have
the R5 routes advertised as Type-5 LSA to R4:

AFAIK, Cisco routers assign the ospf process number as domain-id.
