Do you see syslog messages, such as:

BCHIP 0: recovering transient stream 0 stuck

.. we had a case on this half a year ago also on M20.  

What is the problem you're troubleshooting?

In our case, some interfaces of an FPC got stuck: interfaces were up 
but traffic was not working.  IS-IS on one interface also went down 
with reason "Not SeenSelf". The other FPCs were apparently unaffected. 
It seems FPC0 tried to recover unsuccessfully multiple times, with the 
message ago.

What we also saw was that some links on FE pics were continuously 
flapping; up for 1 second, then down for hours or days.

Outright I don't recall the solution.  FPC was replaced a couple of 
times, but I suspect the root cause were FE pics on the FPC.
